Payments are processed twice a month, on the 1st and 16th of each month, for all orders whose lifecycle is completed by these dates.
The order lifecycle includes the time from when an order is placed to when it is successfully delivered and the 15-day return period has passed. Once this process is complete, the payment for that order becomes eligible for disbursement in the next cycle.
An order is delivered on the 9th of the month. The 15-day return period ends on the 29th of the same month. Payment for this order will be included in the next payout cycle, which will be on the 1st of the following month. |
If an order is delivered on the 25th of the month, its return period will end on the 10th of the next month. Payment for this order will be included in the 16th of the following month payout cycle. |
